Choice of 2 salads or soups, build-your-own sandwich station: choose between a hot sandwich with 2 different meat options. Choose from roasted turkey, grilled chicken, BBQ or horseradish short ribs, or a cold cut sandwich stations with 3 different meat options. Starts at $20.00 per person (price is determined by the highest price entrée selection) includes two salads, two entrée selections, Chef’s choice of vegetables, fresh rolls and water service.

Mango Mint Salad

Fresh spinach, cashews, fresh sliced avocados, sweet red onion, ripe mangos and a fresh mint lime vinaigrette.

Raspberry Salad

Fresh spring mix, fresh raspberries, feta cheese, candied pecans, sweet and sour onions, orange sections and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Fresh Green Salad

Fresh spring mix, cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes. Choice of dressing.

Pear and Gorgonzola Spinach Salad

Spinach, fresh spring mix, crispy chicken bacon, red grapes, candied pecans, carrots, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Crisp romaine, cilantro, Napa cabbage, oriental vegetables, orange sections, rice noodles, crispy wontons and honey ginger soy dressing.
